Garlic Butter Sauteed Zucchini


Garlic Butter Sauteed zucchini is an easy, quick and healthy side.

We love simply sauteed zucchini with a bit of minced or finely chopped garlic, salt, and pepper.

1 1/2 kg chopped zucchini (2 medium)

1 tablespoon butter

2 tablespoon finely garlic (4 cloves)

Himalayan Salt and freshly ground black pepper

1 scallion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan or pecorino cheese, optional

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice or red wine vinegar, optional

Step by Step Preparation for Garlic Butter Sauteed zucchini:

Firstly cut the zucchini as per your wish, it may be large slices or finely chopped. You can chop the zucchini into rounds, cut into half-moons or chop into bitesize pieces.

Secondly, melt the fine butter in a wide pan over medium-high heat. Add the zucchini and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally until the zucchini is browned in places and tender, 4 to 5 minutes.

Finally, Season with a pinch of pink Himalayan salt and black pepper. Then, Roast the scallions and mozzarella cheese, if using. Afterwards, Serve immediately with a cup of lemon juice.
