Tortilla wrap 1 to 2 pieces

    Six slices of White/Wheat Bread (low carb bread)

      300 grams Pork Sausage

        2 Large eggs (you can use more, but I think this is enough for one person)

          1 Small Onion (finely chopped)

            2 Oz of Cheese (Cheddar or American)

              Instructions
               

              The initial instruction is to preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C) degrees.

                Place two sausage patties in a pan on medium heat until fully cooked. Remove them from the pan and place on a paper towel to soak up excess grease. Top each patty with cheese slices and place in the oven for 3 minutes until the cheese melts. Your cheesy sausage patties are now ready to enjoy.

                  Start by chopping up your onions and sautéing them in a frying pan on low heat. You can add oil or butter if you want. If you prefer a crunchy texture, you can skip sautéing the onions.
